Customer Service Representative
Responds to and initiates telephone, email, and written communications with policyholders/ prospects for the purpose of selling and servicing AFI products.
Statistical Analyst
Prepares internal and regulatory statistical reports for all AFI lines nationwide. Responsible for analyzing requirements, collecting data and coordinating and making changes.
