Over the past several years Armed Forces Insurance (AFI) informed you that we were developing a new operating system to replace the current one. We are currently in the midst of this long term development project. The new system will benefit us by:

• Providing lower operating cost and greater efficiency in the long run.
  
• Reducing the development time allowing AFI to bring new products and features to the marketplace much quicker. This will allow AFI to be more responsive to the requests of our members.
  
• Introducing more flexible rating structures which will allow us to acquire and retain more customers.
  
• Leveraging the Internet for member self-service. Members will access their accounts and make changes 24/7, reducing the cost of servicing our policies.
